So she’s giving her speech in New York — Obama has already clinched the nomination — and she thanks voters in South Dakota, which went for her, and said, “You had the last say.”
Wrong, Hillary. Montana is still voting. You’re going to lose there. Deal with it.
Then she finally gets around to congratulating Obama and his supporters…for their campaign. Period.
And then she repeated the fallacy of winning more votes, blah blah blah. People in every state chose who’s most ready, chose her. More blah blah.
Bitch. What a bitch!
And she just mentioned November and now it’s global warming and health care and blah blah campaign speech and now environment as if maybe she thinks Al Gore might back her when he never liked her? Denial. Bitch in denial.
Now she’s promising to keep working for me — no thanks, Hill — and if she ever, ever admits Obama won, I’ll come back and update this.
OH!!! She just said she wants to end the war in Iraq! The war she voted to authorize!
Hill, please get off my TV screen, k?
9:49PM: “I will be making no decisions tonight.” Delusional. And never admitted she lost.

Ella, you seem a little upset. (sarcasm)
I love the picture! Caption contest in the making? I was listening to the radio (Canada) this afternoon and they actually said that Obama had won and it was over. I got home late, turned on the computer expecting to read about everyone celebrating here in blogland. And I find this! I shouldn’t have been surprised, she stayed with Bill too, just to make him suffer.

Hi! Yeah, AP called it before news outlets that wait until the delegates actually announce it publicly. I waited till then too.
But if you think this is angry, wait till I publish the open letter on From Scratch that I’ve been working on since Sunday. If she’d just freakin’ admit she lost and, for once, do something for the good of her party and not for her own “good.” Blerg.
Whew…yes, caption contest!! What’s your entry?

Caption Contest Entry:
“You are voting for Obama, Chelsea?!?”
Alison isn’t political – my dear Lord she is far from being political – but she watched that speech, a little glassy-eyed, but still.
At the end she looked at me and said “Does that mean she has quit or is she still thinking she can win? Even after he has all those delegates and superdelegate thinghys? She must be nuts!”
Nuff said LOL

My husband had a few suggestions but I won’t repeat them. Think Monica.
I’m not good at captions. All I can think of is:
“I spent all that time in Harlem for this? You are going to pay Bill. You know what happens to people that get in my way!”

Love your captions!! And bead, make no mistake, Bill is going to pay…
Except for the 24 hours preceeding Nixon’s resignation, I’ve never seen a mainstream politician excoriated as she has been today and I do think her critics have been more harsh. A serious presidential candidate being called a narcissist? (Toobin, CNN). At least she’s seen the writing on the wall now and we can wait for Saturday. FWIW, I’ve rarely called another woman a bitch and meant it. I did mean it when I wrote this and stand by it.
Of course the cynic in me thinks she’s reached a deal with the bucks-up Obama camp to take care of at least some of her hefty campaign debts. That’s fine too.
